Note: The above plans cover fees for routine maintenance including the trip charge to your property plus 45 minutes of labor for each visit. You will be billed for parts used and any labor (at our current labor rate) that exceeds the time included with your plan. These charges will be invoiced after each visit. Repair parts are discounted for maintenance plan enrollees only. Fuel surcharge for visits may apply.
Terms: To be eligible for enrollment, your account must be current. There is a 10% cancellation fee if a refund is requested prior to any service being rendered. All maintenance plan payments received from customers are considered fully earned and non-refundable after the first plan visit. Any invoice not paid when due is subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum. To enroll, please send payment at least one week prior to your winterization appointment.
